Abstract
This standard specifies the testing methods for Bacillus cereus in food.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the counting of Bacillus cereus in food samples with a high content of Bacillus cereus; the second method is applicable to the counting of Bacillus cereus in food samples with a low content of Bacillus cereus.
