GB/T 22720.1-2017 Rotating electrical machines—Qualification and quality control tests of partial discharge free electrical insulation systems(TypeⅠ) used in rotating electrical machines fed from voltage converters
Abstract
This part specifies the evaluation standards for the insulation structure of the stator/rotor windings of voltage-type pulse width modulation (PWM) power supplies. This part applies to the insulation structure of the stator/rotor windings of single-phase or multi-phase AC motors powered by frequency converters. This part specifies the identification and quality control (type and factory) tests conducted on typical samples or complete motors to verify their compatibility with voltage-type frequency converters. This part does not apply to: -- rotating motors started solely by frequency converters; -- rotating motors with a rated voltage effective value of ≤300 V; -- rotor windings of rotating motors with an operating voltage (peak value) of ≤200 V.
