Abstract
This part of GB/T 17215.2 specifies the general requirements for type testing of newly manufactured rate and load control equipment used indoors (such as electronic ripple control receivers and time switches used for controlling electrical loads, multi-rate meters, and maximum demand indicators).
This part does not specify the internal structure details of rate and load control equipment.
If the rate and load control functions are integrated into multifunctional meters, the relevant parts of this part also apply.
This part does not cover acceptance testing and conformity testing. For acceptance testing requirements, see Appendix F.
