Abstract
This part of GB/T 32095 specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, and test methods for the non-stick surface performance of household food metal cooking utensils (hereinafter referred to as cooking utensils).
This part applies to household food cooking utensils made of metal, the surfaces of which come into contact with food and are treated with non-stick coatings. These include frying and stir-frying utensils, steaming and boiling utensils, rice cookers, baking utensils, etc.
