GB/T 5510-2024 Inspection of grain and oils—Determination of fat acidity of cereals and cereal products
Abstract
This document describes four methods for determining the fatty acid value in grains and their products: manual titration, automatic potentiometric titration, automatic photometric titration, and automatic image analysis titration. This document is suitable for determining the fatty acid value in rice grains and other rice products, wheat and other wheat products, and corn and other coarse grain products. However, the automatic photometric titration and automatic image analysis titration methods are not suitable for determining the fatty acid value in grains and their products with dark colors such as red, purple, green, and black.
