This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Jinhua ham, the scope of protection for geographical indication products, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to Jinhua ham that has been approved for protection by the national administrative departments in charge of quality supervision, inspection, and quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
