This standard applies to Zhenjiang Xiang vinegar that has been approved for protection by the national administrative departments in charge of quality supervision, inspection, and quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products", and it also applies to Zhenjiang Chen vinegar.
