GB/T 38358-2019 Sampling method of quality monitoring for E-commerce product
Abstract
This standard specifies the survey sampling methods for estimating the overall quality level of e-commerce products, including identifying the quality monitoring objects and quality characteristics, determining the monitoring population and constructing the sampling frame, designing the online sampling plan, implementing the sampling plan, testing the samples, and calculating the results. This standard applies to the estimation of product quality levels in the e-commerce environment, where the monitoring population consists of discrete individual products or quantitatively packaged bulk materials. This standard does not apply to acceptance sampling inspections or quality supervision sampling inspections.
