Scope

This standard specifies the survey sampling methods for estimating the overall quality level of e-commerce products, including identifying the quality monitoring objects and quality characteristics, determining the monitoring population and constructing the sampling frame, designing the online sampling plan, implementing the sampling plan, testing the samples, and calculating the results.
