GB/T 19215.5-2023 Cable trunking systems and cable ducting systems for electrical installations—Part 2:Particular requirements—Section 3:Slotted cable trunking systems intended for installation in cabinets
Abstract
This document specifies the technical requirements for grooved cable tray systems installed in cabinets, including their structure, mechanical performance, electrical performance, and thermal performance.
As part of the GB/T 19215 series, this document stipulates the requirements and tests for cable trays and cable duct systems specifically designed for insulated conductors, cables, and other possible electrical equipment in electrical and/or communication systems, and for electrically protecting and isolating them when necessary. The maximum voltage for these devices is 1,000 V (AC) and 1,500 V (DC).
Grooved cable tray systems are installed in cabinets of electrical and/or communication systems.
This document does not apply to conduit systems, cable bracket systems, ladder racks (cable trays), power rail systems, or equipment covered by other national standards.
Note: The content of the cable duct system in GB/T 19215.1—2003 and IEC 61084-1:2017, as referenced in this document, does not apply to this document.
