Abstract
This standard specifies the gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry methods for the determination of monooleic acid glycerides in food.
This standard is applicable to the determination of monooleic acid glycerides in raw and wet noodle products, pastries, baked food fillings and surface batter (only for bean paste), sausages, and spicy sticks.
