GB/T 39077-2020 Test methods for detecting detrimental phases in lean duplex austenitic-ferritic stainless steels
Abstract
This standard specifies the detection methods for harmful phases in three economical austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steels, namely microstructure examination, Charpy impact test, and ferric chloride corrosion test.
This standard is applicable to the detection of harmful phases precipitated in economical austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steels during production and manufacturing processes (such as heat treatment or welding) or during long-term use at certain temperatures. It is not applicable to situations where the toughness and corrosion resistance of economical austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steels are reduced due to other reasons. The product grades mainly applicable to this standard are listed in Appendix A.
