Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining sodium iron ethenediamine tetraacetate (NaFeEDTA) in iron-fortified soy sauce. This standard is applicable to the determination of sodium iron ethenediamine tetraacetate in iron-fortified soy sauce. The detection limit of the first method in this standard is 0.030 μg/mL. When the sample size is 2.5 mL, the minimum detection concentration is 6.0 μg/mL, and the optimal linear range is 0.2 μg/mL to 20 μg/mL. The minimum detection limit of the second method is 0.24 μg/mL. When the sample size is 3.0 mL, the minimum detection concentration is 40 μg/mL, and the optimal linear range is 4.0 μg/mL to 24 μg/mL.
