Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining tetrodotoxin (TTX) in fresh puffer fish. This standard is applicable to the determination of TTX in fresh puffer fish. The detection limit of TTX in this standard is 0.1 μg/L, equivalent to 1 μg/kg of TTX in the sample, and the linear range of the standard curve is 5 μg/L to 500 μg/L.
