This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption for enterprises producing synthetic ammonia products using various raw materials such as smokeless lump coal, various coke, pyrolysis coke (including crushed coke), natural gas, and coke oven gas, as well as the control of energy consumption for new projects. This standard does not apply to devices producing synthetic ammonia using oil products, bituminous coal, and lignite as raw materials.
