Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, statistical scope, and calculation methods for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of synthetic ammonia units produced using high-quality smokeless lump coal, non-high-quality smokeless lump coal, briquettes, pulverized coal (including smokeless coal and bituminous coal), and natural gas as raw materials. This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption for enterprises producing synthetic ammonia products using high-quality smokeless lump coal, non-high-quality smokeless lump coal, briquettes, pulverized coal, and natural gas as raw materials, as well as to the energy consumption control of new projects. This standard does not apply to devices producing synthetic ammonia using heavy oil, residual oil, lignite, and coke oven gas as raw materials.
