Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, measurement conditions, preparation for measurement, basic measurement, supporting measurement, measurement records, measurement data processing, and summary of measurement work for the measurement of the reflectance spectra of visible light and short-wave infrared light of water bodies. This standard is applicable to obtaining spectral reflectance data of unfrozen land surface water bodies and near-shore marine water bodies in the wavelength range of 380 nm to 2,500 nm. The measurement of the spectral reflectance of water bodies in the near-ultraviolet range of 300 nm to 380 nm and other visible light and short-wave infrared spectral reflectance measurements of unfrozen marine water bodies can be carried out as a reference.
