This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, energy consumption statistical scope, statistical methods, and calculation methods for the comprehensive energy consumption limits of specialty paper products. This standard is applicable to specialty paper manufacturers (excluding pulp production), such as copy paper, thin-walled packaging paper, translucent paper, dictionary paper, and decorative base paper, for energy consumption calculation, control, and assessment, as well as for the assessment of new production lines.
