Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, energy limit grades, energy consumption statistical scope, and calculation methods for the evaluation of the comprehensive energy consumption of unit products of specialty paper (including thin paper). This standard applies to the energy consumption calculation, control, and assessment of specialty paper production enterprises, as well as the admission assessment of new, modified, and expanded projects. The energy consumption limit indicators listed in this standard generally do not include pulp production energy consumption, except for specific exceptions noted elsewhere.
