GB/T 4214.10-2021 Test method for noise of household and similar electrical appliances—Procedure for determining and verifying declared noise emission values

Scope

This document specifies the procedure for determining and verifying the declared values of noise emitted by appliances for household and similar purposes.
This document is applicable to all types of appliances for household and similar purposes covered by IEC 60704-1 and IEC 60704-2.
This document is applicable to appliances produced in batches according to the same technical specifications (series, batch, type) and having the same declared noise values on the label.
This document considers the term "declared" to include all methods of providing noise value information to potential users (consumers) of appliances, including labels, guides, advertisements, commercial and technical information documents, etc.
This document considers that for mass-produced appliances, products of the same type (batch) have the same declared values.
This document specifies a simple statistical method for verifying declared values by investigating a sample of only three appliances.
