GB/T 4214系列标准的通用要求适用于由电网供电或电池供电的家用和类似用途电器,包括它们的附件和部件。
如在GB/T 4214系列标准的特殊要求中未特别说明,类似用途可理解为在与家庭环境类似的条件下使用,如在小旅馆、咖啡厅、茶室、酒店、理发店、洗衣店等。
