Scope

This standard specifies the structure, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking and packaging of integrated circuit (IC) card gas flow meters (hereinafter referred to as IC card flow meters).
This standard applies to IC card flow meters with a maximum working pressure not exceeding 0.1 MPa and a maximum instantaneous flow rate not exceeding 5,000 m3/h (101.325 kPa, 293.15 K).
This standard does not apply to IC card flow meters whose base meter is a diaphragm-type gas meter.
