Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates for high-purity cobalt cast ingots, as well as the content of purchase orders (or contracts).
This standard applies to high-purity cobalt cast ingots required for the manufacture of cobalt targets for semiconductors. High-purity cobalt cast ingots required by other industries can also be used as a reference.
