Scope

本标准规定了轮式和高速橡胶履带式土方机械的行车制动系统、辅助制动系统和停车制动系统的最低性能要求和试验方法，以便对这些制动系统进行统一的评定。
本标准适用于以下在工地或在矿山上作业或在道路上行驶的土方机械：
——ISO 6165定义的自行橡胶轮胎式土方机械；
——ISO 6165和ISO 8811定义的自行压路机和回填压实机；
——ISO 7133定义的铲运机；
——ISO 6165定义的遥控轮式或橡胶履带式机器；
——橡胶轮胎式土方机械的派生机械；
——最高行驶速度不小于20 km/h的橡胶履带式土方机械。
本标准不适用于步行控制的土方机械（见ISO 17063）或行驶速度小于20 km/h（见ISO 10265）的钢质或橡胶履带式土方机械。地下采矿专用机械并不在本标准规定的范围内，但是本标准通过对一些制动性能的修改和添加，一般的规定可以适用于这些机器（参见附录A）。
