Scope

This standard specifies the water quota targets for agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, industry, and the tertiary industry in Fujian Province. This standard applies to the water withdrawal and water use management of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fisheries, industry, and the tertiary industry within the administrative scope of Fujian Province. This standard can be used as the basic basis for water resource withdrawal permit management, water resource demonstration of construction projects, water withdrawal (use) plans, water use assessments, demonstration and approval of the setting up of discharge outlets, surcharge water resource fees and water charges beyond the quota (plan), and other related work in the province.
