GB/T 37144-2018 Cabinets for low-voltage switchgear—Electrical mechanical structures

Scope

This standard specifies the environmental adaptability, surface finish, insulation performance, electrical performance, mechanical performance, enclosure protection grade, and information and inspection rules for products used for electrical connection or mechanical support in low-voltage cabinets. This standard applies to products installed and provided by cabinet manufacturers to users with a rated voltage of less than 1,000 V AC and a frequency of 50 Hz (or 60 Hz), or a direct current voltage of less than 1,500 V, including but not limited to: -- Plug-in connectors used for active connections in electrical circuits, including primary circuit plug-in connectors, secondary circuit plug-in connectors, or devices used for plug-in connections; -- Insulating components used for electrical support, including bus clamps and insulators; -- Functional components used for electrical circuit distribution, including those that distribute one circuit into two, three, or four or more circuits; -- Functional components installed on the metal structure of low-voltage cabinets and made of insulating materials, including operating handles, ventilation windows, and label frames.
