Scope
This document specifies the requirements for intelligent recognition of power grid equipment defects, including image collection, image annotation, sample database construction, algorithm design, algorithm testing in production environments, and algorithm deployment. This document is applicable to the detection of defects in visible and infrared images collected by drones or helicopters on power transmission and distribution lines.
