Scope

This standard specifies the determination methods for the content of 17 kinds of 2,3,7,8-substituted polychlorinated dibenzo-para-dioxins (PCDDs), polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDFs), and 12 kinds of dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls (DL-PCBs) in food, as well as their toxic equivalents (TEQs).
This standard applies to the determination of the content of 17 kinds of 2,3,7,8-substituted polychlorinated dibenzo-para-dioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) and 12 kinds of DL-PCBs in food, as well as their TEQs, as specified in Table A.1 of Appendix A.
