本文件规定了集成电路（IC）的宏模型以仿真印制电路板上的传导电磁发射。该模型通常称为集成电路发射模型-传导发射（ICEM-CE）。
ICEM-CE宏模型能用于对IC晶片、功能块和知识产权（IP）块进行建模。
ICEM-CE宏模型还能用于对数字IC和模拟IC进行建模。
