Scope
本文件规定了推导仿真集成电路(IC)辐射发射电平的宏模型的方法。该模型通常称为集成电路发射模型-辐射发射(ICEM-RE)。该模型旨在用于当测量或仿真的数据不能直接导入仿真工具时对整个IC进行建模,无论其是否有相关封装、功能块以及模拟和数字IC(输入/输出引脚、数字核和电源)的知识产权(IP)块。
本文件提出的IC宏模型将导入三维电磁仿真工具中,以便:
● 预测IC的近场辐射发射;
● 评估辐射发射对邻近IC、电缆、传输线等的影响。
本文件包括两个主要部分:
● 第一部分是ICEM-RE宏模型元素的电气描述;
