Scope
This standard specifies the deep purification technology of gases used for trace analysis. After purification, the volume fraction of the target component in the gas is less than 0.01×10-6, with a pressure of 0.1 MPa to 18 MPa and a flow rate of 0.1 L/min to 100 L/min.
This standard applies to zero-point gas used for instrument calibration, carrier gas used in gas chromatography analysis, and balance gas used in standard gas. The gases applicable to this standard include oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, helium, neon, argon, krypton, and xenon.
