本文件描述了测定粮食、油料中水分含量的方法。
本文件定温定时烘干法中一次烘干法适用于水分含量不超过18.0%粮食和水分含量不超过13.0%油料的测定，两次烘干法适用于水分含量大于18.0%粮食和水分含量大于13.0%油料的测定。水浸悬浮法适用于粮食水分含量的测定，特别是高水分及冰冻状态粮食中水分含量的测定。
