GB/T 26277-2010 Test method for measuring electrical resistance of tyres
GB/T 26277-2010 Test method for measuring electrical resistance of tyres
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the method of measuring the resistance of inflated and solid tires under load on specialized measuring devices. Static charges on vehicles usually need to be discharged through tires, and the resistance of tires, in turn, measures the ability of tires to discharge static charges from vehicles.
This standard specifies the measuring devices and measurement conditions, as well as the measurement methods, so that the tire resistance of not more than 1012 Ω can be accurately measured.
Appendix C proposes reference specifications for tire resistance limits. Appendix D specifies the direct measurement method of tire resistance on vehicles. Appendix E specifies a simplified measurement method of tire resistance suitable for production quality monitoring.
This standard is applicable to the measurement of the resistance of inflated and solid tires.
