Scope

This document specifies the method of measuring the resistance of inflated and solid tires under load using specialized measuring devices. The static electricity on vehicles is usually discharged through tires, and the resistance of tires, in turn, measures the ability of tires to discharge the static electricity of vehicles.
This document specifies the measuring devices and measurement conditions, as well as the measurement method, so as to accurately determine the tire resistance of no more than 1012 Ω.
