Scope

This standard specifies the criteria for the classification of travel agencies' service quality and credit ratings (referred to as "travel agency ratings" hereinafter), the evaluation rules, and the requirements for management systems. This standard applies to travel agencies established in Fujian Province in accordance with the "Regulations on Travel Agencies" promulgated by Decree No. 550 of the State Council of the People's Republic of China.
