Scope

This standard specifies the criteria for classifying the service quality and credit ratings of travel agencies (referred to as "travel agency ratings" hereinafter), the evaluation rules, and the requirements for management systems. This standard applies to travel agencies established in Fujian Province in accordance with the "Travel Agency Regulations" promulgated by the State Council of the People's Republic of China under Decree No. 550.
