本文件规定了用硫酸亚铁铵滴定法和钽试剂萃取光度法测定钒含量的方法。
本文件适用于钢铁及合金中钒含量的测定,其中:方法一为硫酸亚铁铵滴定法,适用于钢铁及合金中质量分数为0.1%~10.0%的钒含量的测定,不适用于以下试样中钒含量的测定:a)含钴大于20%(质量分数)试样;b)含铈大于0.01%(质量分数)试样;c)含铬大于20%(质量分数)或含锰大于20%(质量分数)或含钨大于18%(质量分数),钒含量小于0.4%(质量分数)的试样;方法二为N-BPHA(钽试剂)萃取光度法,适用于钢和铸铁中质量分数为0.005%~0.50%的钒含量的测定;方法三为钽试剂萃取光度法,适用于钢铁及合金中质量分数为0.005%~0.50%的钒含量的测定。
