Scope
This standard specifies the maximum allowable drainage volume for intensive livestock and poultry farms and intensive livestock and poultry breeding areas, the maximum allowable daily average emission concentration of water pollutants and malodorous gases, and the environmental standards for the harmless disposal of waste from the livestock and poultry industry. This standard applies to the emission management of pollutants from intensive livestock and poultry farms and breeding areas in Guangdong Province, as well as the environmental impact assessment of construction projects, the design of environmental protection facilities, the completion acceptance, and the emission management after commissioning. The scale of livestock and poultry farms and breeding areas to which this standard applies shall be implemented in accordance with Tables 1 and 2.
