Scope
本文件规定了双漆层的155级直焊漆包铜圆线的要求。底漆层以聚氨酯树脂为基,如果能保留原树脂的化学特性并且满足该漆包线规定的所有要求,则该树脂可以改性。面漆层是以聚酰胺树脂为基。
注: 改性树脂是一种经过化学变化的,或者含有一种或多种添加剂以提高其某种性能或使用特性的树脂。
本文件规定的导体标称直径范围为:
——1级:0.050 mm及以上到1.600 mm及以下;
——2级:0.050 mm及以上到1.600 mm及以下。
导体标称直径按GB/T 6109.1—2025中第4章的规定。
