Scope

This document specifies the requirements for 155-grade direct-welded enameled copper wires with a double enamel layer. The base coat layer is based on polyurethane resin. If the chemical properties of the original resin can be preserved and all the requirements of this enameled wire are met, the resin can be modified. The top coat layer is based on polyamide resin. Note: A modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its performance or usage characteristics. The nominal diameter range of the conductors specified in this document is: --- 1st grade: 0.050 mm and above to 1.600 mm and below; --- 2nd grade: 0.050 mm and above to 1.600 mm and below. The nominal diameter of the conductors shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1—2025.
