GB/T 6109.23-2025 Enamelled round winding wire—Part 23:Solderable polyurethane enamelled round copper wire,class 180

Scope

This document specifies the requirements for single-layer lacquered copper round wires with a polyurethane resin base and a rating of 180. If the chemical properties of the original resin can be preserved and all the requirements of the specified lacquered wires are met, the resin can be modified.
Note: A modified resin is a resin that has undergone chemical changes or contains one or more additives to improve its performance or usage characteristics.
The nominal diameter range of the conductors specified in this document is:
—— Grade 1: 0.018 mm and above to 1.000 mm and below;
—— Grade 2: 0.020 mm and above to 1.000 mm and below.
The nominal diameter of the conductors shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 6109.1—2025.
