Scope
This standard specifies the measurement method for the corrosion pit density (EPD) of low dislocation density germanium single crystals. This standard is applicable to testing the dislocation corrosion pit density of circular germanium single crystals with a diameter of 75 mm to 150 mm and a dislocation density of less than 1,000/cm2.
