GB/T 30839.32-2014 Energy consumption grading for industrial electroheat installations—Part 32:A set of medium frequency coreless induction furnaces with a voltage type frequency converter
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 30839 specifies the energy consumption parameters, energy consumption range, unit power consumption grade division, and their indicators and measurement methods for voltage-type frequency converter multi-unit medium-frequency induction furnaces (hereinafter referred to as the complete set of equipment).
This part is applicable to complete sets of equipment composed of multiple identical medium-frequency induction melting furnaces (hereinafter referred to as medium-frequency melting furnaces) with an operating frequency higher than 50 Hz and lower than or equal to 1000 Hz, and a rated capacity range of 1 t to 60 t, powered by voltage-type multi-output semiconductor frequency converter devices (hereinafter referred to as frequency converter devices), which are used for melting cast iron and steel, as well as non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
