GB/T 30839.41-2014 Energy consumption grading for industrial electroheat installations—Part 41:Pusher resistance heating unit
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 30839 specifies the energy consumption range, energy consumption parameters, energy consumption grade classification indicators, and energy consumption measurement methods for various push-type resistance heating units (hereinafter referred to as "push furnace units").
This part is applicable to various industrial push furnace units with a natural atmosphere and controlled atmosphere in the furnace, and a rated temperature ranging from 150 °C to 1,350 °C.
Push furnace units can be divided into several categories according to their process applications, such as: heating units, quenching units, annealing units, sintering units, carburizing units, nitriding units, and brazing units. In addition to grading and measuring the energy consumption indicators of the units, the energy consumption parameters of the main energy-consuming devices in the units, push furnaces, are also classified into grades, which serve as the main parameters for evaluating the energy consumption status of the units.
