Scope

This standard specifies the stress testing method for sapphire single-crystal ingots.
This standard is applicable to the stress testing of c-oriented sapphire ingots with a diameter of 50.8 mm to 200 mm after processing. The stress testing of sapphire ingots of other sizes (hereinafter referred to as "ingots") can be used for reference.
