Scope

This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry determination methods for the residues of 486 pesticides and related chemicals in locust honey, rapeseed honey, linden honey, buckwheat honey, and jujube flower honey (see Appendices A and E).
This standard is applicable to the qualitative identification of residues of 486 pesticides and related chemicals in locust honey, rapeseed honey, linden honey, buckwheat honey, and jujube flower honey, and also to the quantitative determination of residues of 461 pesticides and related chemicals.
The method detection limits for the quantitative determination of 461 pesticides and related chemicals in this standard are 0.01 μg/kg to 3.34 mg/kg (see Appendix A).
