Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining the residues of 420 pesticides and related chemicals (see Appendix A) in honey, fruit juice, and fruit wine by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to the quantitative determination of residues of 367 pesticides and related chemicals in honey, fruit juice, and fruit wine, and the qualitative identification of residues of 53 pesticides and related chemicals.
The methodological detection limits for the quantitative determination of 367 pesticides and related chemicals in this standard are 0.03 μg/kg to 2.67 mg/kg (see Appendix A).
