GB/T 35132.5-2020 Automation systems and integration—Evaluating energy efficiency and other factors of manufacturing systems that influence the environment—Part 5:Environmental performance evaluation data
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 35132 specifies the types of EPE data and the attributes contained in various EPE data, and various EPE data can be used to evaluate the environmental performance of the production system according to the general principles described in GB/T 35132.1. In addition, this part also recommends mapping environmental performance evaluation data to the information model specified in IEC 62264.
This part is applicable to discrete, batch, and continuous production.
This part is applicable to the evaluation of the entire production facility as well as the evaluation of parts of the production facility.
This part does not involve the structure of data and information models, the protocols used when exchanging data models, or the functional layers that can be implemented by data models and the activities in layers 1 and 2 specified by IEC 62264.
The scope of this part includes: explaining the differences between various data and information models and the differences in actual data under different environmental indicators.
This part involves the semantics of structured data and information models used in communication protocols. Here, "semantics" refers to information that can interpret the meaning of attributes and contextual information.
The following content is not within the scope of this part:
——The evaluation of the product life cycle;
——The description of EPE data specific to a particular industry sector, manufacturer, or machine;
——The process of data acquisition;
——The process of data communication.
