Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the safe production of grass-grown edible fungi, including quality and safety requirements, cultivation site requirements, input requirements, cultivation management, pest and disease prevention and control, harvesting, and production records. This standard applies to the safe production of three types of grass-grown edible fungi, such as Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus eryngii, and Volvariella volvacea, under natural seasonal conditions. Other grass-grown edible fungi can refer to it for guidance.
