GB/T 14598.23-2017 Electrical relays—Part 21:Vibration, shock, bump and seismic tests on measuring relays and protection equipment—Section 3:Seismic tests
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 14598 is one of a series of standards for vibration, impact, collision, and earthquake requirements, applicable to seismic testing of products such as relays and protection devices, safety automatic devices, and interface equipment. This part includes two optional types of seismic testing methods (see Appendix A): -- Method A: Single-axis sinusoidal sweep seismic testing; -- Method B: Two-axis multi-frequency random seismic testing. The seismic testing can be conducted using either of the two seismic methods. The tests specified in this part of GB/T 14598 are type testing. The purpose of this part is to specify: -- Definitions of the terms used; -- Test conditions; -- Standard test severity levels; -- Test procedures; -- Pass/fail criteria.
