Scope

This part of GB/T 21412 specifies the requirements and recommended practices for the function of the ROT maintenance system and interface equipment used in underwater production systems in the oil and gas industry.
This part does not cover manned and ROV-based maintenance systems (such as the connection of submarine pipelines and the replacement of components), nor does it cover vertical wellhead maintenance, internal oil pipe inspection, and downhole equipment installation and related equipment.
